UNSW Sydney and Plenary to deliver Health Translation Hub| Sydney, NSW UNSW Sydney has contracted the Plenary Group-led Plenary Health consortium to deliver the $600 million Health Translation Hub– one of the marquee developments within the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct 

ROLE:

HVAC BIM ENGINEER 

 DUTIES:

 • Developing BIM models from 2D HVAC sketches using Revit.

 • Performing model coordination with other contractors.

• Run Clash-Detection, produce, issue tracking logs and follow-up to ensure resolution of conflicts using Navisworks.

 • Liaising with consultants & contractors for any model amendments. 

• Documenting and extracting well-detailed shop drawings for HVAC manufacturing and installation process. 

• Extracted schedules & Quantity take-off from the model for HVAC components.
